About Me
I am Setaish Qayomi, a student of Information Technology IMD at Carleton University. Originally from Afghanistan,
I moved to Canada in 2013, seeking a more conducive and safe environment to pursue my academic aspirations.
From a young age, I have been fascinated by the world of animation, drawn to its limitless potential for creativity and
imaginative expression. With a firm resolve to work as a 3D animator, I aspire to contribute my talents to a prominent
animation studio. As an avid observer, I am captivated by the captivating storytelling and highly imaginative movies
that challenge the boundaries of the imagination. During my pre-teen years, I was inspired to create a few novels, which
served as a precursor to my career aspirations in animation and design. I am confident in my ability to apply my skills to
these types of fields, including expertise in 3D animation and modelling, creating striking visual designs, and 2D character
animation, with an attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
